Warranty Returns / Replacements
The warranty plan covers Simple Flask products that have failed due to manufacturing defects. Use your judgment when assessing whether your product is likely to be covered by lifetime warranty. We do not cover products that are no longer functioning due to Abrasion. Abrasion is damage that occurs naturally and inevitably due to normal use. If the returned product is not eligible for a warranty or replacement warranty, we will contact you to discuss the options available to you.
Limitation of Warranty Terms
- Failure to use, or maintain as required by the product instruction manual; normal wear and tear (including scratches), and misuse of the product (Such as storing strong acidic liquids or other corrosive chemicals in stainless steel bottles).
- Damage due to force majeure such as earthquake, fire, etc.
*Please note: If you purchased a damaged product from an online retailer (such as amazon.com, ebay.com, etc.) or another physical store, you will need to return the damaged product to its original place of purchase. If you are located outside the United States, we will direct you to your nearest dealer to process your claim. If you purchased a Simple Flask from a retailer, we recommend returning it to the retailer to avoid charges of return shipping.
* Manufacturing defects
If the product deviates from its intended design, there are manufacturing defects. The warranty covers the defective material or process of the product (injection, water, plastic, silk screen, etc.).
Abrasion is damage that inevitably occurs due to normal use. Moving parts wear out and plastic parts deteriorate and fade over time. Although we have selected the best materials for this application, all materials will degrade over time and use.
